The full text should be "¡Vosotros que creéis! OQP is a great and noble undertaking. May Allah bless your efforts.
I had accessed the English translation by Ali Qari Qara'i and wish to make a comment.
In footnote #12 that Throughout this translation whenever the pronoun ‘you’ refers to the second person singular in the Arabic and is meant as an address to the Prophet, it has been italicized (for similar reasons, also the related verbs) in order to distinguish it from cases where it stands for the second person plural.
This is not so on your web pages. It is a feature that will aid understanding. The ebook complied by Zain Cassini that is available in pdf format on the web also does not use italicized text here. In Abdel Haleem's translation the person referred to is identified within braces wherever applicable - as such I found that very helpful.
Just thought I should share this with you.
Keep up the good work.
Warm regards,
A.Rehman
Anonymoustag:feedback.al-quran.info,2008-02-07:Event/106931452012-02-05T02:50:24-08:002012-02-05T02:50:24-08:00Copying verses in search results
Khawaja Mohammad Ali suggested:
Allow selecting whole or part of an aya in search results for copying. Similar in functionality to biblegateway.com's advanced search interface.
Jasontag:feedback.al-quran.info,2008-02-07:Event/66562732011-04-10T18:26:08-07:002011-04-10T18:26:08-07:00Easier commentary reading [updated]
When trying to understand a verse I often want to compare several translations and their commentaries. Toggling back and forth between the verse and the commentaries is very time consuming.
A feature where one can chose to display the commentaries next to the verse instead of at the bottom of the page would make commentary reading easier and more joyful.

Jason said:

Next to the verse would be difficult or ugly to implement along with the option to display Arabic side by side. I recommend displaying the commentary as a tooltip when hovering over the link.

Jasontag:feedback.al-quran.info,2008-02-07:Event/66558792011-04-10T18:11:07-07:002011-04-10T18:11:07-07:00direct access to specific verses like 2:255 [updated]
Please pitch this idea to the web site. I would like to go to a specific verse directly. I want to type, for example, 2:255 and go to this verse directly. Now, I have to find the correct page, then I can select the verse and it is very very difficult. Thank you

Jason said:

I recommend implementing this directly within the search box to best keep the existing look and feel.

Jasontag:feedback.al-quran.info,2008-02-07:Event/64723132011-04-01T18:08:30-07:002011-04-01T18:08:30-07:00Make the site rely on cookies so it remembers which particular transaltions each visitor prefers. [updated]
Each visit I need to re-select the translations I prefer. Would be great if a cookie can remember that for me. Thanks for wonderful work.

cj said:

@Guest
In the meantime you can bookmark the page after you've selected your preferred translations. The URL changes according to the translations so the bookmark will remember it.

cjtag:feedback.al-quran.info,2008-02-07:Event/64675912011-04-01T11:30:14-07:002011-04-01T11:30:14-07:00Add commentary to Bernström's swedish translation [updated]
Commentary is missing for Bernström's swedish translation. Is this due to copyright issues? Otherwise please add this feature.

cj said:

I can say that I have seen several online sites with Bernström's translation, but none of them include the comments. I have the physical book with the comments so I know the version actually has comments. Don't know anything about the public domain.
Thanks

cj
